In late March of 2019, we saw the mega condominium – Treasure at Tampines – being released and it was able to sell 272 units out of 490 units launched.

Treasure at Tampines is located along 118 Tampines Street 11 in District 18 within the bustling Tampines area. Formerly known as Tampines Court, it was acquired at S$970 million, gaining much attention from potential home buyers and investors alike. Treasure at Tampines is known as a mega condo because it houses 2,203 residential units with unit sizes ranging from 1 bedroom to 5 bedroom units to cater to different family sizes.
Treasure at Tampines is developed by Sim Lian Group Limited, which has been in the industry for over four decades. They have been recognised as an established property development and construction company with a broad portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use developments, built on the core foundations of prime location, quality workmanship and efficient space planning. Where can you find Treasure at Tampines?
If you wish to reach nearby MRT stations, you can walk from Treasure at Tampines to Tampines MRT station within an 18 minutes walk. This walk is slightly long but the majority of it is sheltered and straightforward. Tampines MRT station is connected to both the Downtown MRT Line and the East-West Line. Furthermore, Tampines Bus Interchange is right beside Tampines MRT station as well.
If you wish to go to another downtown MRT station, you can also take a 21 minutes walk to reach Tampines West MRT station instead.
However, I also found that Treasure at Tampines is actually closer to Simei MRT station. It takes only 15 minutes to reach Simei MRT station, which is also very convenient as well.
Attractive Advantages of the Property
One of the biggest advantages of Treasure at Tampines is the location. Since Treasure at Tampines is within a few minutes’ walk to reach Simei MRT station, you can reach the surrounding shopping malls like the newly renovated East Point. Near Tampines MRT station are also numerous malls and retail destinations including Tampines Mall, Tampines 1, Tampines Hub and even the newly refurbished Tampines Century Square.
If you have your own vehicle, you can also have access to arterial roads and highways including Pan Island Expressway (PIE) and Tampines Expressway (TPE).
Travelling to the town area will only take a short 15 minutes’ drive to reach the internationally acclaimed Orchard shopping belt, Otherwise, the same travelling distance can also be applied to travelling to the central business district (CBD), which can be an important factor to consider if you work within the CBD area.
Finally, if you have families that are still schooling, there are a number of schools within the vicinity for you to consider. They include:

There are quite an extensive range of units and amenities within the area, which is also crucial when making your decision as well.

While the distance between Treasure at Tampines to the nearest MRT station requires a walk, the fact that it can reach both Tampines and Simei within 20 minutes (and faster by car, definitely) would mean that you can reach a great number of shopping malls – meaning dining, entertainment and shopping options as well. With the number of shops and lifestyle options expanding continuously around Tampines, the location of Treasure at Tampines will only improve in the future.
